HomeQuest HomeOwnership Center, an affiliate of Community Concepts, serves the counties of Androscoggin, Oxford and Franklin and can work in conjunction with any financial institution, lender or real estate professional to make the American Dream of homeownership a possibility.

HomeQuest HomeOwnership Center works with customers to determine their individual housing needs by providing nationally approved home buyer educational classes, one-on-one credit counseling, and innovative mortgage and home improvement loans.

HomeQuest HomeOwnership Center is comprised of a team of licensed real estate agents, lending professionals, credit counselors, and homebuyer educators dedicated to assisting potential and current homeowners.

HomeQuest HomeOwnership Center is a program of Community Concepts Finance Corporation, which is a Certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).
