Homeownership Center Services Manager

Deb joined Community Concepts in 1987 working in the Housing Services weatherization department. In 2000 she became Manager of Homeownership Services where she performs a variety of functions. From first and second mortgage loan origination to loan closings and servicing Deb can be found assisting our client with every aspect of the lending process. As a state certified lender and an approved hoMEworks educator combined with her many years at Community Concepts makes her a valuable part of the centers day to day operations. Weather you need to talk to about our numerous loans programs or have questions about your annual tax bill Deb has the background and knowledge to provide the answers to your questions.

Gloria “Bitsy” Holt
Foreclosure Prevention and Homeownership Specialist

Bitsy began her career with Community Concepts in 1994 in our Housing and Energy Services Department. As Customer Services Specialist her job was to provide assistance to those needing help with many energy related programs offered by the agency. Her exceptional customer service won her an award with Central Maine Power’s Bundle Up Program. From there she moved into the LIHEAP program where she managed the thousands of calls received for fuel assistance. As the newest member to the HomeQuest team Bitsy has become a NeighborWorks certified Foreclosure Counselor hoMEworks certified Homebuyer Educator, pre and post purchase counselor and has provided extensive foreclosure intervention and default counseling to hundreds of Maine families. She has recently received her State of Maine real estate license and is a state certified loan officer.

Melissa Green
Foreclosure Prevention and Homeownership Specialist

Melissa started working with Community Concepts in 2001 as a Section 8 Administrator for Somerset County where she worked with clients and landlords in affordable housing. While working in this department, she became a certified occupancy specialist. In 2008, she accepted a position as branch manager in the transportation department. There she worked closely with clients seeking transportation to and from medical appointments.  In November of 2010, Melissa joined the HomeQuest team where she brings  her customer service skills and outstanding working relationships to the HomeOwnership Center. Melissa will be working with those customers who need our foreclosure and counseling services as well as conducting the homebuyer education classes. She is currently working to complete her Associates Degree in Business Administration at Central Maine Community College and is looking forward to her new endeavor.
